Great quality... was exactly what I was looking for. Love log furniture and the price was the lowest that I had found. It was precut and the holes drilled... easy to assemble. Looks great on my back porch with the round table. It is VERY comfortable !!!

This purchase arrived a week early and well packaged. I put it together easily in about 10 minutes (if that). It is very solid and large enough to seat my family of 4, looks great in my yard and will surely get much use this summer. Much better cost-wise, structurally and visually than anything I've found elsewhere.

Service Review for Rustic Cedar 6' Settee:
I received the original bench damaged. One of the Peg end of the seating surface had shattered. It appeared fine when i received it but once i got home and got it out of the shrink wrap the peg cam out in pieces. I went the online route and reported it and was promptly sent a replacement seating surface. Unfortunately the part I received was narrower then then the part i was replacing and it did not fit the holes in the bench ends. So i called and talked to a Great customer service rep Named Brett. He put me on hold for a few secound and came back and said they will send out a complete bench no charge. I received it today and everything is great. My major grip is the shipping department. The bench come in 2 "packages" They are not boxed but rather warped in a few layers of a heavy duty shrink wrap. So bumps and drops from the shipping carrier will show up. With mine being an outside bench I was not concerned, but if you want a flawless bench I don't think its going to happen for you. At the bear minimum i would like to see them ship with either cardboard warped around the peg ends on the seat back and seating surface or a Styrofoam block. But it would be nice to see them boxed and shipped. Even if that meant I would have to pay extra shipping. again EXCELLENT customer service but sub par shipping method.
