Anacara Company believes in the superior quality of their products and to insure that you are able to enjoy their products they have a 3 year limited warranty. This warranty covers any defect in workmanship or material of their products. All aluminum furniture has a warranty against peeling, cracking or blistering for one year. Fabrics also have a separate warranty by the manufacturer which applies to the structural failure of the material and does not include fading, mildew or tearing. The Anacara Company will replace or repair any Anacara product that has failed structurally during normal use and regular maintenance. This warranty does not apply if products have failed or are damaged as the result of accident, acts of nature or improper care.

The Anacara Company was formed in 1988 with the intent to design and produce fine furnishings for today's lifestyles. By producing these quality wicker goods that can be used both indoor and outdoor they are keeping with this original philosophy of the quality of life.
The Anacara Company offers a 3 Year Limited Warranty that covers any defect in workmanship or material of their products because the believe in the superior quality of their products. I was hesitant about ordering online without seeing the chairs in person, but I'm extremely happy with them. Good quality, solid construction, but light enough to easily move. Black color is dark -- black wicker strands with a dark brown/ espresso mixed in... when I first saw it I was a bit concerned, but they match the black accessories on my deck very nicely, and from afar, they look black. Cushions are thick, comfy to sit on and seem to be well made, too. [...]

My sister came to visit for a week and I could hardly get her out of this chair! It sits on a screened-in porch with lots of shade. This made a perfect place for her to read to her heart's content. I shopped locally for a wicker chair and I must have sat in 20 or 30 that weren't comfortable or were too overpriced. I knew I was taking a chance by ordering online but lucky for me I got a great deal price wise and a very comfortable chair.
