The ottoman is nicely made and looks nice. The shipping wasn't great with the box in pieces. One of the legs got bent when delivered but I was able to straighten it out.

THE STORAGE BENCH LOOKS JUST AS IT DOES ONLINE. SO HONESTLY, IT IS A 4 OR 5, AS IT DID MEET MY EXPECTATIONS. IT IS SITTING AT THE FOOT OF MY BED THAT I PURCHASED, AND LOOKS NICE.

Just what we expected

Product Review for Armen Living Storage Bench and Ottoman

I was concerned the ottoman would have a "cheap" feel to it, instead it was well built and heavy. The lid is heavy with good hinges and springs to hold it in place while safely removing items from inside the ottoman. The stitching and leather is of good quality.
