The second anchor I attached broke off as I was screwing it to the concrete. I would have been better off going to [@] to purchase a handful of concrete anchors and metal clips as they would have been of higher quality and less expensive.

The anchors fit nicely if you have squared off the structure as instructed. If you are not too handy with a hammer drill your best bet is to have them installed by a pro.
