This is a good inexpensive futon mattress. It comes compressed, and takes a while to expand, but even after ample time, it doesn't match the stated 10 inches, more like 7 or 8. It's still quite comfortable and looks great.

The shipping department takes only a few days to get the order, then it arrives within a few days. In a big box, with lots of plastic wrap protecting the mattress. No problem to unpack and setup.

This mattress is very comfortable. It did not fluff up to the full 8" & still has a bit of a smell...even after several weeks. Even so, I feel like it was an excellent purchase. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product!
