Works great! I've smoked Cornish hens, chicken, pork shoulder, turkey and ham. Great tasting meat! Just build your fire, fill pan with water, and put your meat on the rack. 10 lb. Pork shoulder cooked for 8 hours; Cornish hens were done in 1.5 hours. 22 lb. Turkey was done in 9 hours.
