IT DOES NOT LIGHT UP THE WAY THE PICTURE APPEARS. ONLY THE VERY BOTTOM OF THE VASE LIGHTS UP. RETURN POLICY WILL ONLY REFUND 1/2 OF WHAT I PAID. RUN...RUN...RUN...FAR AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY!
