This was easy to install but changing the bulb will be tedious because it's a long bolt to unscrew the cap from. Also, the description doesn't immediately mention it's a photo-cell light. That's buried in the finer points on the description. I think the title of this product should have stated such. Maybe that's what's meant by "energy star". I dunno. Regardless, we don't mind the feature. I'm not sure I would have purchased it had I known but, now that it's in, I see the benefits of it so I'm keeping it. They are beautiful lights with an amber/soft toned glow.
BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
