H.Potter will replace any part with a manufacturing defect or will work with the customer to fix any product problems that may arise. It is highly recommended that once products are assembled, they be sprayed with a clear coat of polyurethane to protect coating and lengthen the life of the product. the conservatory itself from h.potter is great. The quality is good and it is a unique item. Its hard to find conservatories like this that arent ugly. I got my order from Wayfair quickly and nothing was out of place. It was the biggest package i have ever had delivered as it comes palleted.
