I purchased this bar as a christmas gift for myself and I have no regrets. The bar is of similar design and build to cabinets twice as expensive from other retailers. My only issue was two minor blemishes in the finish where the wood shows through, easily fixed with some black paint. Overall

I feel that this is a good product particularly for the price; however it is not perfect[...] I would say that the assembly was of a a medium difficulty and is sturdy when constructed. It seems to be made out of real wood with a black lacquer. There is a lot of storage space and when unfolded a lot of room on the top to mix drinks, set trays and ice etc. and I like the convenient height.ConsAlthough there was a lot of packing material, there was a very minor scratch that is not noticeable and another nick that will have to be painted.My main complaint is that the glass holders will not fit my wine glasses, which I believe are a regular size. The holder is too narrow (3.25") to fit the base of the glass (diameter 3.25"). Right now the shorter glasses are sitting on the shelf below the holder; however, taller glasses will not fit on this shelf. If you have a lot of glassware already I would recommend measuring it first before you purchase.

Give yourself at least 3 hours to build this from unpacking to clean up. The hinges were positioned too low on the unit, which made the doors hit and scratch against the base. I needed to re-drill the hinge screw holes up by about a quarter inch, so make sure charge up your battery!!

Now that it's assembled, I love it. But some of the pretooled joints were misaligned, which led to problems. For instance, I could never get 2 of 4 cam bolts to engage when attaching the top to the base. (I had to finish attachment using my own hardware). One side of the drawer glide was installed too high to allow the drawer to close. Not long ago I assembled an entire bedroom suite of furniture with few such problems. I think the manufacturer designed a good product, but my unit contained a few parts that were too hastily tooled.

[...] Difficult to assemble. Took four people to build this product with many pieces to hold in place while installing the screws where directed. Took a minimum of five to six hours to complete and product was still not fittingly made. The side panels have space between the cabinet wood panels and cannot be tightened perfectly. The cabinet drawer is off track and takes time to place it exactly how it should be. The extended table tops are weak and should only be opened when the bottom doors are open. Buy at your own risk!!
