I searched everywhere for the perfect hall bench and didn't find it until I came across the Wayfair site. I was reluctant to order online because I was certain the final price would be far more than expected and that it would be difficult to get it delivered to Canada. I didn't need to worry because everything was just as they said it would be. It arrived on the day I was told and the bill was exactly what I was quoted. The bench is a little frustrating to put together because the instructions aren't too clear. We ended up putting the bench seat on before adding the top portion which went against the manufacturer's instructions, but it worked out much better. I also wish the unit was somewhat taller, so that when we hang a jacket it wouldn't touch the bench seat. But, overall, we love this hall bench and it looks beautiful in our room. The friendly service and delivery were excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to make future purchases.

My husband and I ripped out a closet in the laundry room to make a mudroom. This bench is perfect for our space. This bench is a great style with nice details. Only complaint is that my husband put two nail holes through the bottom half of the bench. One on ether side. He said he did it correctly but the screws they provided were too big so we have a bit of damage already but the worst demage goes against our wall. Don't know whose fault it is but I still love this product.

I live in Canada and this was the only model I could find that I like after searching everywhere. I was hesitant to purchase online but Wayfair made it easy. This is already my second purchase. Their shipping and tracking process is very organized and accurate. The product was packed very well.
