I was looking to replace an old double swing gate that was sagging and blew with the wind. I researched building my own gate, but I was concerned about gate sag. The Adjust-A-Gate did the job nicely. The instructions were easy to follow and I had it up over a weekend. It is sturdy and looks good. It swings with ease. The drop rod kits ensure that the wind won't blow the gates away. I stained the planks in order to maximize the wood life. If you are going to paint or stain the wood, do so before attaching the fence planks to the adjust-a-gate frame.
