I bought this fountain primarily because of the price. (Boy, can fountains get expensive!) Anyway, it was easy to assemble, but the motor was louder than the sound of the water. That had me ready to return it, but I called Kenroy for suggestions and they told me to put a sponge under the pump, which I did. That did the trick! It's perfectly quiet now. It's beautiful and produces a lovely sound. I love it!
