As America's leading manufacturer of teak outdoor furniture, we use only premium quality teak and precise mortise and tenon joinery in the construction of our furniture.

Kingsley-Bate also leads the way in the responsible manufacture of its furniture. Kingsley-Bate is the first American company to use Javanese teak in the manufacture of its furniture. Our teak is harvested from carefully controlled plantations, established in Indonesia by the Dutch in the Mid-19th century. Due to the increasing demand for this beautiful hardwood, Kingsley-Bate now uses a select amount of Burmese teak in its productions. Whether Javanese or Burmese, you can be assured that we use only the finest quality teak in our furniture.

Manufactured with precise mortise and tenon joinery, the furniture is shipped partially assembled. The factory fully assembles each piece prior to shipment to ensure that reassembly will take a minimum of effort and all pieces will fit together to our precise specifications.

Kingsley-Bate Octagonal Market Umbrellas are made of solid teak, not in a weaker wood that may warp or rot. The 9' umbrella with 1 1/2" pole fits our 30", 36", 42", 48" and 50" round dining tables, 36" bar tables, and 36" and 42" round coffee tables. The 10' umbrella with 2" pole fits our 60", 66", 72", 92" and 98" dining tables. And, the 11.5' umbrella with 2 1/2" pole fits our 100", 114", and 122" tables. We recommend the solid metal base with each umbrella which fits neatly underneath your table. Our combination of teakwood and Sunbrella or Outdura outdoor fabric creates a market umbrella of superior quality.For your convenience, we have added a pulley system to our market umbrellas. This addition will facilitate the raising and lowering of the canopy.

Limited Warranty Information:

With proper use and care, Kingsley-Bate is confident that their products will provide you with years of trouble-free enjoyment. Your furniture comes with a limited warranty against manufacturer's defects. Standard warranty periods for each category of furniture are provided below.

Teak Furniture:

• 5 year warranty for residential applications
• 3 year warranty for commercial applications
• 1 year warranty for marble table tops, cushions, slings and pillows

Stainless Steel Furniture:

• 3 year warranty for residential or commercial applications
• 1 year warranty for slings

Woven Furniture:

• 3 year warranty for residential or commercial applications
• 1 year warranty for cushions and pillows

Umbrellas bases:

• 3 year warranty for residential or commercial applications
• 1 year umbrella base warranty for residential or commercial applications (corrosion not covered)

Optional Outdoor Furniture Protection Plan Details:

• Maximum of $25,000 in retail value coverage- Furniture must be used in a normal, domestic household situation
• Coverage lasts 3 yrs from date of delivery of furniture
• Cancelable within 10 days of purchase

Plan Details:

Your retailer and Protection 1st agree to provide service to the original purchaser of the furniture covered by this Protection Plan for three (3) years from the date of delivery of the item(s). If, under the terms listed below, an item becomes accidentally stained or damaged during normal residential use and you cannot remove the stain or repair the item yourself following recommended procedures, a professional technician will service the problem at no cost to you. If the covered stain or damage cannot be resolved, Protection 1st will, at its sole option, replace the affected portion or the complete item.

Replacement items will be the same as or similar to the original item purchased, provided the price of the replacement does not exceed the original purchase price. One-time replacement of your furniture is the extent of Protection 1st’s liability under this Protection Plan. The replacement furniture is not eligible for coverage under this Plan. Replacement of a part or a piece of furniture ends Plan coverage on that part or piece(s). Any furniture originally covered by the Plan and not replaced remains under coverage for the remaining term of the Plan.

Replacement parts or furniture will be ordered from the retailer from which you originally purchased your furniture. If the retailer is not able to replace the item originally purchased or provide a satisfactory substitute item, you will be given a refund of the purchase price of this Protection Plan in lieu of replacement of your furniture and the Plan will terminate.

Coverage for fabric, vinyl and hard surfaces

Accidental stains caused by:

• Human bodily fluids
• Animal bodily fluids

Accidental damage:

• Punctures, rips, tears and cuts
• Liquid marks and rings
• Burns
• Heat marks
• Glass breaking, chipping and cracking
