This Cape Cod styled playhouse is an excellent setting for young children to harvest their unending creativity and capture their imagination. The Cape Cod playhouse is a fun playtime locale for friends and favorite stuffed animals alike. Equipped with beautiful Cape Cod dormers, and a high soaring ceiling, this cottage is an ideal environment for your child to personalize their own space. Attractive flower boxes make outdoor play educational with the upkeep of various plants and flowers. The large 14” x 21” working windows with safety glass, grids, and screens, offer a natural illumination by the light of the sun or the glow of the moon.

Customer is responsible to help unload the truck unless liftgate is ordered. The driver of the truck does not have to help unload. The individual pieces weigh 40-50 lbs for the smaller kits and 70-80 lbs for the larger kits.

don't be fooled like me

Product Review for Little Cottage Company Cape Cod Playhouse Kit with Floor

I bought this play house for quit a bit of money for storage, and It said it had 10 ft ceilings but there was not a frame of refence.Only when it was delivered was I allow to see the assembly instruction yjsy showed a small child only could be inside.... and never did they say the 10 ft was the highest point of the gable. Even my construction wworker was fooled when he looked at it on line.[...]

BOTTOM LINE No, I would not recommend this to a friend
