No tools and terrible instructions
Product Review for Oakland Living Elite Three Piece Chaise Lounge Set
I usually don't leave reviews but I feel it's important to let other potential customers know of my "issues" with this product. 1. No tools were in the set and I had to rely on my own. 2. The instructions left on the 1 page sheet were incomplete and partially legible. Very poor diagram. I had to guess which screws went in the right place and that made for quite an unpleasant experience and I'm handy with this type of "minor project"... I'm not satisfied. This could be a much better product if a little more thought was put into how this could be put together.
BOTTOM LINE No, I would not recommend this to a friend
