Oxford Gardens will not be liable for failure caused by abuse, neglect, or the application of paint. Except as provided above, Oxford Gardens disclaim all other’s warranties, expressed or implied, as to merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose, and in no event will Oxford Gardens be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the sale or use of their product.
