Product Review for The Outdoor GreatRoom Company Patio Bistro Table and Chair Set
This patio table and chair set is on my condo balcony, which is relatively small, perhaps 8x5 feet. This bistro set is the perfect size for this space, and is extremely comfortable to sit in for dinner or a drink. I opted for the granite top, which is very nice and solid. I can't comment on the glass top option, but I'm sure it is equally nice if you are on a strict budget. Compared to the other bistro sets in the entry- to mid-level price range, this is far superior. Definitely happy I purchased the set.
Service Review for The Outdoor GreatRoom Company Patio Bistro Table and Chair Set:
Delivery was prompt, and the packaging of the granite top was very good. However, the chairs were not well padded against the sides of the cardboard boxes and the jostling caused a small hole. One of the rubber feet on one of the chairs fell out of this hole at some point during shipping, causing one of the chairs to sit unevenly. However, a quick call to the manufacturer was answered immediately by a live person who was able to assure me that a replacement piece would be sent out the following day free of charge. A week later, I had two replacements. What a great experience! I would definitely purchase a Firestone product again.
BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
