Upon opening the box, the spotlight didn't work. I followed the operating and trouble shooting instructions without success. Sent in a return request several days ago but have not yet received a response.

No issues with delivery, received in a timely fashion. Product did not work upon arrival and still doesn't work. Awaiting instructions to return the item.
