Excellent Customer Service by manufacturer (Poly-Tex) of greenhouse. I ordered additional pieces to create two mini lean-to style greenhouses off the house instead of a single freestanding unit and I'm not sure if it was Dan Rolczynski or Tony Crombie I spoke with but the gentleman was very helpful. Thank-You!

While it is apparent that they wish to make the instrcutions universal by providing drawings only, they could have given some words here and there to make the assembly a bit easier instead of guessing what was needed.
