We purchased this rug pad almost a month ago and it has performed as it should...the rug hasn't slipped out of place and no one has tripped over an upturned corner. There's absolutely nothing wrong with the pad but we are looking for the felt fabric type rug pad as we have hardwood floors and were forewarned by friends that rugs/rug pads can leave permanent etch marks in the wood flooring. This hasn't happened to us but as it did cost our friends a large amount to eventually refinish their floors, we'll learn from their mistake. If we had anything other than wood floors we would be perfectly happy with this rug pad. I gave it a four star rating because it does work fine but I am worried about any damages from long time use.

I guess it's okay, but it is very thin. I would have liked it to be more padded. Guess it will do its job okay. Like it that I got it with free shipping though.

I got 3 rug pads and have opened 2. The 6' round isn't exactly circular and the 8x11 rectangle is also slightly short; both do the job though and it was easy to tuck in the excess from the round pad and hide it under the rug.

The rug was beautiful - nice and plush with great colors. However, it smelled so bad I had to return it. Ordered a second one and it did not smell as bad as the first, but still smelled bad enough that I didn't want it in my home. However, I would rate the customer service as 5 star. They were helpful and courteous and I had no problem with the returns.
BOTTOM LINE No, I would not recommend this to a friend
