Their DURA WAVE is made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). The color and UV protection is saturated throughout the weave. They take prive in their workmanship, attention to detail and are environmentally friendly. Their limited 3-year residential warranty covers all defects in workmanship and materials of the Source Outdoor product. The Source Outdoor warranty does not cover freeze damage within the frames. It is very important NOT to store the furniture upside down as it will allow water into the frames. At their option, Source Outdoor will repair or replace any part of the product, or the entire product if it is defective in material or workmanship. Source Outdoor has the right to replace said item with a similar item of the same or higher value if the item is no longer available. Repair or replacement will be made at no cost to you other than cost of shipping to and from the Source Outdoor’s warehouse. They may require inspection by a warehouse representative prior to any repairs or replacement.
