- Delivery to: a room you choose inside your home. This includes up two flights of stairs (a flight is 4-15 steps.) Let us know if you need additional flights.
- Packaging: The team will remove and dispose of all packaging.
- Assembly: The team will unpack the product and provide up to 30 minutes of light setup with basic tools like screwing or bolting.

- Once your order is near, a rep from the shipping company will call and give you a 4 hour window to arrange for delivery.
