Hoses and reels have a warranty limit of 2-5 years, all other products have no limited warranty upon the day of purchase, except for inclement weather conditions that may effect certain outdoor products. Suncast Corporation are willing to do replacement parts on items that may be fading, missing, or doesn't seem right with product.

Missing Parts

I'm missing parts and still cannot get someone to send them to me. Also, the windows do not open. This is made for outdoor mowers, etc., why are there no air vents?

I bought this shed 2 years ago and I am very happy with it. Best to put it on a concrete foundation. Takes a while to put up and do not try to do it if its windy.
