- Delivery to: A room you choose inside your home. This includes up two flights of stairs (a flight is 4-15 steps.) Let us know if you need additional flights.
- Packaging: The team will remove and dispose of all packaging.
- Assembly: The team will unpack the product and give up to 15 minutes of basic setup with no tools , like setting pieces next to each other..
- Delivery to: A room you choose inside your home. This includes up two flights of stairs (a flight is 4-15 steps.) Let us know if you need additional flights.
- Packaging: The team will remove and dispose of all packaging.
- Assembly: The team will unpack the product and give up to 30 minutes of light setup with basic tools like screwing or bolting.
Delivery Notes
- Once your order is near, a rep from the shipping company will call and give you a 4 hour window to arrange for delivery.
- Just remember, setup services don’t include electrical, plumbing or component hookups. You can always have something carried up more than 30 steps or assembled for a longer time but it’s extra of course. Just let us know.
