A freight carrier delivers this item if you select the free shipping option. We call this 'Self Service' because you'll need to move the package off of the truck yourself. - Delivery to: The delivery truck will park in front of your home, and you'll need to move the package off of the truck and into your building yourself.. You may want a friend or family member to help.

- Delivery to: A room you choose inside your home. This includes up two flights of stairs (a flight is 4-15 steps.) Let us know if you need additional flights.
- Packaging: The delivery team will remove and dispose of all packaging.
- Assembly: The delivery team will unpack the product and provide up to 15 minutes of basic setup with no tools , like setting pieces next to each other or on top of each other.
- Delivery to: A room you choose inside your home. This includes up two flights of stairs (a flight is 4-15 steps.) Let us know if you need additional flights.
- Packaging: The team will remove and dispose of all packaging.
- Assembly: The team will unpack the product and provide up to 30 minutes of light setup with basic tools like screwing or bolting.
Delivery Notes
- Once your order is near, a rep from the shipping company will call and give you a 4 hour window to arrange for delivery.
- Just remember, setup services don’t include electrical, plumbing or component hookups. You can always have something carried up more than 30 steps or assembled for a longer time, but it’s extra of course.Just let us know.
